STL is about 13 miles northwest of CITY Park in downtown St. Louis. The MetroLink connects from Lambert Airport to the Civic Center station, a short walk from the stadium, in about 25 minutes. A rideshare from STL runs $25–38. The MetroLink is clearly the best way from the airport.
CITY Park has limited on-site parking. The surrounding downtown St. Louis garage network provides options within a 5–10 minute walk. Pre-booking via SpotHero is recommended for sold-out matches. The MetroLink is the better option for most fans coming from the airport or Clayton.
St. Louis City SC's supporter culture is young but passionate. The team has built strong fan engagement since launching in 2023, and the pre-match scene around CITY Park and in downtown St. Louis bars has been growing quickly. Check club and supporter social channels before each match.
The Civic Center MetroLink station is an 8-minute walk from CITY Park and connects from Lambert Airport, Clayton, and across the St. Louis metro. MetroLink extends service on match nights. This is one of MLS's best transit-connected venues.
CITY Park is in downtown St. Louis, walkable from the hotel corridor, Union Station, and the emerging Midtown neighborhood. Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village are a short walk east, making a Cardinals and City SC double matchday a genuine possibility for visiting fans.
Bike parking is available near CITY Park. The Gateway Trail and downtown St. Louis bike network provide connections from the riverfront and surrounding neighborhoods.
Accessible parking is available in ADA-designated spaces in nearby downtown garages. The accessible drop-off zone is near the main entrance. For accessibility accommodations, contact St. Louis City SC at stlcitysc.com.
Citypark opened in 2023 in downtown St. Louis and serves as home to St. Louis City SC — the city's MLS franchise. The stadium holds 22,500 fans in a modern, purpose-built soccer ground in the downtown Midtown neighborhood. For a first-year club, St. Louis City generated remarkable supporter enthusiasm from day one, selling out the new venue consistently.
The Midtown location puts the stadium in a part of St. Louis that's seen significant investment and development in recent years, with Grand Center's arts district and the surrounding neighborhoods offering dining and cultural options nearby. The MetroLink light rail provides access from across the metro area. The club's supporter group culture — built partly on the foundation of a deep St. Louis soccer tradition going back decades — has made Citypark one of the more vibrant new matchday environments in MLS.

CITYPARK is a modern soccer-specific stadium that opened in 2023 in downtown St. Louis, and it’s been one of the better new stadium builds in MLS. The lower bowl is intimate and close to the touchline, with midfield sections offering clean views of the full pitch. St. Louis City SC quickly built a passionate supporter base and the atmosphere in the lower bowl is strong for a new club.
CITYPARK’s upper bowl midfield sections give you a solid overhead view of the entire pitch with the St. Louis skyline and Gateway Arch visible on clear days. The modern stadium design keeps sightlines clean from the upper level. A good value choice for most games, especially as ticket pricing for a newer club is often more accessible.
End goal sections offer steep angles to the far goal and limited views of the center circle and build-up play. Corner sections are similarly restricted. The supporter section at one end creates good atmosphere but is standing and focused on creating noise. Midfield in the lower or upper bowl is the consistent choice for watching the game at CITYPARK.
CITYPARK is oriented roughly north-south. The east side faces west and gets more direct afternoon sun for evening kickoffs. The west side benefits from shade earlier. St. Louis summer heat and humidity are real — the shaded west side is a meaningful comfort advantage for afternoon or early-evening games in July and August, when St. Louis can be among the hottest cities in MLS.
CITYPARK is open-air in downtown St. Louis, and the city’s summer heat and humidity are intense. Afternoon kickoffs in July and August can be genuinely brutal, with heat index values regularly above 100°F. Evening games are significantly more comfortable. Afternoon thunderstorms are common in summer. Spring and fall games in St. Louis are excellent — the city’s climate in May and October is ideal for outdoor soccer.
Main Concourse - St. Louis's acclaimed globally-inspired taco spot serves bold Tex-Mex fusion at Energizer Park. One of four new partners for 2026, the tacos are a highlight of an already-strong local food lineup.
Section 108 - St. Louis's award-winning BBQ institution with a devoted regional following. The brisket and the burnt ends are exceptional — properly smoky and tender in the way only a serious pit operation produces.
Throughout the Stadium - St. Louis's acclaimed craft brewery pours their City Wide Pale Ale and rotating seasonal taps at Energizer Park. A St. Louis beer institution and a proper matchday choice.
City Park opened in 2023 as St. Louis City SC's brand-new home — a 22,500-seat soccer-specific stadium in downtown St. Louis with a retractable roof. The facility is one of the newest and most modern in MLS, featuring transparent wall panels that give the enclosed stadium a bright, airy feel while protecting fans from Missouri weather extremes.
St. Louis City SC's supporter sections 116–122 at Citypark are home to a rapidly growing supporter culture built on the city's deep soccer tradition. Standing and chanting from kickoff is the expectation. Non-St. Louis City apparel is not permitted in the supporter sections.
