Petco Park, located in downtown San Diego, is a modern baseball stadium known for its breathtaking views and open-air design. Opened in 2004, it's home to the San Diego Padres. The park uniquely integrates San Diego's maritime culture, featuring stunning views of the city and San Diego Bay.
With a seating capacity of about 40,000, it offers an intimate fan experience, incorporating the historic Western Metal Supply Co. building into its design as the left-field foul pole. Petco Park is celebrated for its fan-friendly environment, diverse local cuisine, excellent beer selection, and family-oriented atmosphere, making it a standout venue in Major League Baseball.
Guests are allowed to bring one factory-sealed plastic bottled water that is still, clear and unflavored and that is one (1) liter (32 ounces) or less, and soft-sided single juice or milk containers or ADA required liquids in a sealed container.
Outside food, exclusive of medical or infant needs, is not permitted at Petco Park.
